Catering only for guests on request with typical Tuscan cooking and edited by the owner.

We use products of our company and local companies, 100% Tuscan, possibly at 0 km in winter you can eat in our basement in front of the fireplace where guests can enjoy simple but genuine evenings all together.

During the summer dinners are served alfresco of the porch, in our beautiful courtyard, candlelight, where it seems to be a little old-town as it really happened until the early 60’s, during the hard work threshing farmyard.

The menu changes with the seasons. These are some examples …

Winter: mushroom soup, Ribollita, cannelloni or lasagne cooked in a wood oven. As the chicken with potatoes, wild boar with olives, sausages with beans, grilled meat.

Summer: panzanella, ravioli with ricotta gnocchi with our potatoes, pappardelle with duck, grilled vegetables freshly picked in every season.

Pici with garlic crumbs or the fantastic steak (steak of Chianina beef), various types of bruschetta, salami and the famous, delicate cheese of wisdom, all accompanied by excellent Tuscan red wine.

And finally … the homemade desserts: almond biscuits, ugly but good, pies, cakes, fresh ricotta with Vin Santo.

For food lovers and art can take courses and / or guided tours with an experienced guide, an art historian or … better yet … theme dinners are organized by creating a connection between food and art (just look at the picture of good governance in the public palace of Siena).
